SmartClass+ Computer Lab (SWS)

The “SWS” version of SmartClass+ is designed for computer labs and classrooms that are running software applications having minimal rich-media content.

SmartClass+ SWS uses an all-software architecture that works with all types of Windows-based workstations, including desktops, laptops, and tablet PCs.

  • Broadcast -
    Send teacher screen and audio to all students at the touch of a single button when presenting new materials to the class.
  • Blank Screens -
    Blacken all student screens and lock all student keyboards and mice to focus student attention on the instructor.
  • Model Student -
    Share a model student's screen and audio with the class for student presentations.
  • Tutor -
    Discreetly monitor student screens and audio, and work with students one-on-one if there are any issues.
  • Mosaic -
    Automatically monitor all students concurrently using the Mosaic’s thumbnail view of student screens
  • Subgroup/Section -
    Group students requiring remedial support, while other students are allowed to progress independently.
  • Remote Control -
    Take remote keyboard/mouse control of any student computer if students are having problems.

Workstation Management Utilities

    Open a program or a website on student stations.

    Restrict student access to all or selected applications for tests.
