Support Hours

The Customer Support group is normally available during regular business hours within the Eastern Time Zone, (ET), except for statutory holidays. Note that ET is UTC-5 hours during Eastern Standard Time, and UTC-4 hours during Eastern Daylight Time. (Eastern Daylight Time is observed from the second Sunday in March through to the first Sunday in November.)

09h00 – 17h00 ET
Monday – Friday

Also, the Customer Support group is available – on a prior appointment basis – to provide support outside of these core support hours on a 24/7 basis.

Services

Telephone-based client support, Internet-based remote configuration support, training and installations services. They also handle all product repairs and field service.

The technical support department can also advise on our maintenance plans and software update subscription services.
