The SC3000 platform has been developed specifically for multi-supervisor
environments on the call center floor. Unlike the SC2500 platform
- which is ideal for call center training rooms - the SC3000 uses a
4-channel matrix switching engine which permits up to 4 supervisors
to work with more than 100 agents. Any supervisor
is able to work with any agent.
This system is equally at home in team environments where each supervisor
normally works with a dedicated team of agents, in shared-supervision
environments where a group of supervisors share support responsibilities
for a large team of agents, and in environments where agents may need
support from several different subject matter experts.
