In the 2020-21 s.y., we have been working with secondary school children using the Robotel platform.
The project has been a great success in our school. Both English teachers and students have had the opportunity to experience a mode of learning completely innovative and above all effective.
They appreciated both the richness of the content, very comprehensive from the educational point of view, easy to access for everyone, and the simplicity with which you can access it. Learning by playing, having fun, experimenting. It has been very useful for students with learning difficulties who have had ways to verify a more immediate and direct approach to the language and close to their educational needs.
The more experienced students, on the other hand, were able to access the content, greatly expanding their vocabulary and communication skills. Very interesting and effective is the interactivity that the platform provides and the possibility of self-correction that stimulates in the students the ability to correct their mistakes and self-evaluation of their skills.
The use of the platform, finally, has allowed us to ensure throughout the school year teaching both in presence and at a distance by encouraging greater autonomy and personal reworking of what has been learned, in full respect of the time and learning styles of each.
