Kira Seita, an English teacher at the college, reached out to SmartClass because she wanted to enhance her students' oral language skills, particularly focusing on improving pronunciation and intelligibility in English. The existing technology and curricula in place at Collège La Fraternité were not providing enough opportunities for students to practice speaking and pronunciation at the level required.
